We do our best to process and prepare for shipping the same day and orders should be on their way the next business day.

SHIPPING CHARGES
All orders will be free for all 50 states and US territories.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We only support shipping to Canada for now, rates to be determined by USPS. If the order is more than $200, contact us before checking out, we might be able to provide free shipping but no guarantee.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Our shipping department makes every effort to ensure that your products arrive in good condition. Unfortunately, damage can occur in transit from our facility to your location.
Should your products be damaged during transit then you have 2 options:
- Accept delivery of the products and email us asap with detailed info at rh@mypolishdepot.com, our customer service will try their best to resolve the issues.
- Refuse the damaged products.
Returns
Customers have up to 14 days to return for any reason. If the return is price related, we will do price match of other sellers, just ask us. We do not, however, take returns on open or used items. For any return inquiries please email us at rh@mypolishdepot.com.
